The Swine Bistro

The Swine Bistro is an independent Leeds bistro restaurant run by chef couple Jo and Stu Myers.

The Swine started life as a sandwich shop in Leeds city – The Greedy Pig – but they had big dreams of running its as a fine dining restaurant. They launched their first supper club in 2014 to raise money for a refurb of the café offering a menu of small plates and it was a success. Four years later they closed the café and re-opened as the Swine That Dines to fantastic reviews and a loyal following of food lovers. 

The original restaurant was tiny so in 2024 they launched a crowdfunder to raise £25k to move to a bigger location. They raised £45k in 48 hours and moved to a 25 cover ‘grown up’ restaurant in Headingley in 2025.

We have supported the team throughout their journey from crowdfunding to opening their new restaurant as they were heralded in the top 100 Local Neighbourhood Restaurants by the Good Food Guide.

We have secured them 100s of articles and generated a buzz with local and national foodies. We’ve held launch events, profiled Jo Myers, celebrated their epic Sunday lunches, shared their Yorkshire pudding tips, heralded Stu’s love of a good sausage and invited a roomful of glorious content creators and journalists to a fabulous Feast to launch their new private dining room menu.
