Future Food Movement

We’ve supported the Future Food Movement since its inception in 2021, working closely with its founder Kate Cawley.
The Future Food Movement is a pioneering community, industry network and upskilling platform, founded by Veris Strategies, which is solely focused on closing the climate skills gap and driving genuine collaboration between food companies in order to tackle climate change.

We work with the team to raise awareness of the huge climate skills gap which is evident across the food sector which, if not fixed, will derail UK ambitions to reach net zero targets.

We launched the movement with a Climate Smart dinner for CEOs curated by chef and sustainable food campaigner, Gizzi Erskine alongside journalist and sustainability champion Lucy Siegle. We continue to drive the upskilling agenda across trade and business press, with a campaigning focus on government stakeholders.
