Naylor Nutrition launched in 2021 and is part of Naylor Farms, UK and Europe’s biggest coleslaw cabbage grower.

It is a family-owned cabbage farm based in Lincolnshire with a 110-year farming history and a passion for producing quality, sustainable British produce.

Its CEO Simon Naylor wanted to find a solution for the outer cabbage leaves that were going to waste so he spent eight years working with scientists to refine a technique that enabled them to extract functional plant-based protein ingredients from the leaves.

This pioneering business aims to revolutionise the plant-based protein sector with an ingredient that is highly nutritious. We launched the business to UK, Europe and Global press with features in The Times, FT and 100s of trade and business publications.
