Naylor Nutrition launched in 2021 and is part of Naylor Farms, UK and Europe’s biggest coleslaw cabbage grower.
It is a family-owned cabbage farm based in Lincolnshire with a 110-year farming history and a passion for producing quality, sustainable British produce.
Its CEO Simon Naylor wanted to find a solution for the outer cabbage leaves that were going to waste so he spent eight years working with scientists to refine a technique that enabled them to extract functional plant-based protein ingredients from the leaves.
