The ToFoo Co.

The ToFoo Co is the UK’s number one tofu brand which is leading a tofu revolution in the UK.

The business, based in Yorkshire, has grown its reach in supermarkets appealing to younger consumers who are looking for sustainable, simple and delicious plant-based food options.

However, the brand also wanted to build awareness of its range in the food service and hospitality sectors and inspire and educate chefs on the versatility of ToFoo.

ToFoo is made to a traditional Japanese recipe and is handmade and pressed resulting in a firm texture, which lends itself to all sorts of dishes, such as Mexican tacos, plant-based fish and chips and hanging kebabs.

We worked with the ToFoo Pro team to bring these stories to life by targeting news and feature stories specifically aimed at the food service trade press.

We organised interviews with ToFoo founder David Knibbs in a range of trade media including the Caterer. We secured editorial thought leadership, news stories and recipe coverage in a range of trade titles including Pub & Bar, Contract Catering, Out of Home and Dine Out magazines helping to position ToFoo as the perfect plant-based ingredient for on-trend and delicious dishes.
